virus removal/anti-virus conflict

7/3/08 hi everyone well today a customer brought her pc in which had very bad virus problem i was able to fix most of the problem but it was so bad i advised the customer to bring it back the following week as it was taking to long and the rest of the team were waiting for me haha....... ps i also did an ad-aware scan and put it on the the customers desktop....
