blue screen uninstall virgin media

hi everyone today well today we didnt have our mentors with us so we went were no mans been b4 haha actually paddys taking the mick he`s calling me supervisor cindy haha anyways lisa brought her pc in blue screen but what looks like had happened virgin media and bt had conflicted so once removed virgin media lisa`s pc was working fine job done so until next week folks....
