re-install windows

hi everyone well today so far ive re-installed a customers pc which means theyve had a virus problem and re-installing the operating system via the installaition disc which usually solves the problem unless the harddrive is badly damaged ive had 2 cups of tea from the cafe while waiting for the set-up process and installaition hopefully this customers pc will be fixed and another happy customer.
